In case yall were wondering, I figured its time I check in and come clean with the diet progress: I Atkins’ed it up for three solid weeks in January and dropped 10 pounds. Hooray!
Then I fell into a half-Atkins routine until I slowly dropped off the wagon alltogether. Thankfully, the 10 pounds have stayed away, but I still have 5 pounds to reach my original goal, and let’s be honest – 10 pounds more to be in a really good place.
Soo….I donno. My awesome SIL April is moving back to the area next month – HOORAY!! – and she and I have lots of grand running plans. So hopefully I can slowly sweat off the rest of the weight without the crazy dieting….cause crazy dieting is the pits.

So nice that your SIL will be able to exercise with you soon. You have done wonderfully on your diet. With all the running that you do, just good eating habits should take care of the extra few pounds you want to lose. Good luck with it all Becki!
